The most popular grape in the world, Cabernet Sauvignon is loved by many. Our Apostate Cabernet Sauvignon rejects stereotypes, redefines what it means to love wine, and celebrates living in the moment. With ripe, robust flavors of raspberry, plum, cherry, and subtle notes of vanilla, this red wine is one of our favorite Cabs yet!

Curious how this wine would pair with your favorite junk food? Give it a try! Apostate wines don’t judge. Savor the excess of these decadent California wines, and indulge your inner hedonist.
Apostate Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Apostate Cabernet Sauvignon is chock-full of jammy fruit flavors. First, you’ll notice hints of raspberry, plum, and cherry. These warm, ripe flavors are followed by subtle notes of vanilla and baking spices to round out the palate.
Celebrating California’s Wine Culture
Our Apostate Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the state of California, where wine is grown seriously and sipped liberally!
Warm days and cool nights make this state the perfect wine growing country. The year-round sunshine ensures a long, consistent growing season, and the wide range of terroir produces exciting varietals with a good deal of variation. Within the state of California, you’ll find many different types of soil, from volcanic ash and granite to sand and clay.
The Story Behind The Label
Our Apostate label art features a painting called 'The Youth of Bacchus' which depicts a Roman festival celebrating the god of wine (who was apparently quite debaucherous). The brand celebrates this mindset, rejecting the rules of stiff wine culture and celebrating living in the moment!
