- How should I store my wine?

A few key rules to ideal storage conditions include:
- Store your wine bottles horizontally
- Store your wine bottles out of direct sunlight
- Store your wines in a cool, dry place (bonus points to matching the type of wine to a specific temp!)
- Should I age my wines before drinking?

Our wines are designed to be drunk 'young,' meaning they are designed to be enjoyed within a year or two. While they won't go bad, the majority of all wines produced (not just ours!) are actually not intended to age for long periods of time. Those that are meant for aging need certain levels of acidity, tannins, bold flavors, etc. to mature in a way that tastes good years or decades down the line. Our wines tend to be vintages within the last few years, with the occasional rare exception. Please contact our Wine Concierge Team if you're interested in our premium offerings.
- What if I don't love the taste of the wines I receive?

No problem! We have a Delight Guarantee. In the event you are not satisfied with a bottle in your subscription order, please reach out to the Concierge team. We are happy to add reward points to your account to make up for anything that you might have found unsatisfactory. Please note, there is a maximum of 1 complimentary bonus bottle per order.
- What if I can't be home to sign for delivery?

Don't worry about being home to sign! Your wines can be delivered to any one of 20,000 locations across the U.S. (FedEx + Walgreens) for you to pick up at your convenience.
- How do S.I.P. Rewards work?

Drink wine, share the love, and earn points as you sip. Our S.I.P. Rewards Program allows you to earn as you go — for everything from trying new wine to rating, reviewing, following, and celebrating milestones with us.
Earn 1 point per $1 spent. You'll even earn 25 points right off the bat just for becoming an S.I.P. Rewards member!
