Jaen 2015
Jaen, also know as Mencía, is a grape only grown on the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal. This iteration shows ripe, dark fruit flavors of plum, raspberry, and cherry with floral aromas. A hint of oak adds a bit of structure, and lends this wine to pair well with Linguiça and other charcuterie, or Iberian cheeses like Azeitão, Serra da Estrela, or Manchego.
