Hailing from Spain's Alicante region, Torre del Reloj is made from 100% Monastrell grapes and has a beautiful purple hue. Dark fruits like blackberry, black cherry and plum dominate this wine; there is also an interesting touch of earth and spice! Enjoy with rich, smoked, grilled or barbecued meats like pulled pork or short ribs. Also enjoy with a smoked cheddar or gouda cheese.
