This wine is full-bodied and has complex notes of dark fruits like blackberries, black cherries, plums and a unique potpourri spice. Pair with Spanish fare like Albondigas (meatballs) in Mediterranean sauce or smoked pork loin. Enjoy with Spanish cheeses like Manchego or Idiazabal, a smoked sheep's milk cheese.
