Burrasca

Lambrusco 2016

Lambrusco, an ancient red grape native to northern Italy, has a reputation for being very sweet and sparkling- almost like a grape soda! This southern Italian version, however, maintains its fruit-forward qualities without the residual sugar or the bubbles. This pairs beautifully with a range of dishes from classic Italian red sauce to Korean barbecue.
