We promise this will be your new go-to. This mimosa recipe is one for the brunches. So pop open the bubbly, grab your best Champagne flutes and get ready for the drink of your lives. Note: this recipe is best served with pancakes, bacon and lots and lots of syrup.

Ingredients:

Makes 8 servings

1 bottle of Cava (any dry sparkling wine will do, but we’re partial to this one)

3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (chilled)

Instructions:

Pour the sparkling wine into 8 Champagne flutes until each is filled halfway. Fill the rest of the glasses with orange juice. Top with fruit for garnish, if desired (raspberries are always a good choice).

Enjoy!

Mimosa with a twist:

If you’re looking for a little extra something-something at your next breakfast gathering, try adding a splash of triple sec before adding the orange juice. Just a dash will do (around a tablespoon) to spice up this classic recipe.

Cheers!
